If I could leave no stars I would. Back in Jan I took a phone to get the back replaced because it was broke. keep in mind that was the only problem with this phone other them that it worked fine. it took them 4 months just to fix the back. once I got it back I noticed the flashlight and face recognition wasn't working so I asked why that had stopped working I was told because they had.to hook it to a computer to match the parts to the phone but they didn't even have this computer and I learned later they didn't even order it. but they said it wouldn't effect anything else so I used it a month later the phone went completely black I took it back up and they told me when they changed the back they changed the battery as well and when you put a new battery in sometimes they will expand and cause the screen to crack. so they offered to fix it ok great I wanted another month to get the screen and new battery fixed. all the while I am being very patient. they call said the phone is fixed I got pick it up and it seems to be fine I'm using it and all of a sudden it stops working again getting no service to it I take it back and this time they can't figure out what to do with it so I ask for a new phone because what started with a simple fixing the back glass they have done replaced the battery and screen twice the antenna another part that was suppose to come off the other back from what i was told but the ownwr was only willing to give me a new phone if I switch to boost mobile. which after this experience I will never be back there and if you need your phone fixed I highly recommend anywhere but here anyways after another month of messing with it they finally replace yet another part and hook it to iTunes to do something idk but it seems to be working again so we get it back and while the face recognition and flashlight still isn't working the rest is so what ever I take the phone and start using it again. once again the screen has cracked on the inside of the phone from the battery expanding so the screen is black in the middle with different colors around it so i paid these people $130 to brake a phone that they won't even offer to fix now.but everytime I bring it back it back to them they say it was because of something they messed up before. well lesson learned I just won't support this business they own or the new Chevron they just built off of 278 across...

The guy behind the counter was very nice and installed both onto my phone and told me the Tempered Glass was $25 when I asked how much it was. And it indeed was $25. He asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no thank you and then proceeded to walk out and could tell immediately when I got home that my Glass was installed incorrectly because one side was getting hung up on my case from being up to high on the screen. No big deal, it happens I took it off and a few days later came back to buy another one. I didn't mention anything about the last glass, I just walked it and asked for another one and I'd install it myself when I get home. That's when I noticed that the exact same Glass was all of a sudden $20 instead of $25 , and the system he uses he just keys in a price and charges your card instead of scanning a barcode on the package so it leaves him the ability to change and charge whatever he likes per sale. Be weary of this, that's my only problem here is that there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason as to what price...
Read moreHad the "old owner" fix my note 9 screen and paid $200 + dollars. He said it had a warranty. It quit working a week later and the "old owner" said he would have it replaced, he had to order it. When I go in to have it fixed there is a "new owner", he says i have to pay again and he would only charge me for the part. Not happy but I decided to leave it and said he would call me when it was fixed. About 4 weeks I've heard nothing decided to go get my phone. , "new owner" wasn't there and young guy helped me "he was nice and did his job " he had to hunt my phone "it was fixed " but they lost my phone case and I paid $180 more dollars for a screen that was installed wrong by the previous owner. Didn't offer to replace my phone case they lost, instead ask if i wanted to buy one. The "new owner" did not change the business name and should assume product warranties. Customer service doesn't seem to be important to him, and could care less if I ever return to do future business. They did fix my phone this time, but I won't be recommending this shop or returning for any...
