This was my first visit & I love this shop, I will shop there regularly. I was greeted as I entered the store. The ladies in there are friendly, smiling and so helpful. They have a huge selection of Dept. 56 villages, snowbabies & other stuff. NO One was rude or unfriendly & I WAS NOT followed around as if I were a thief. I spent my life in retail management & these ladies make customer service seem easy. Everyone deserves a second chance simply because all of us have bad days or receive bad news and do not mean to take it out on others but sometimes it may come...

Was there yesterday 2/16/19, we went into the store to look around, my family and I were followed by a staff member through the entire store. There was another group there that was not followed. So, thanks for the "special" treatment. Very rude and very obvious about following us. Would not ever go back there and would not recommend anyone...

This place is wild…like I felt like I stepped into another time period. They have massive collections of dolls and Christmas figurine sets (including some r@cist ones).
