I called this business to ask about a version/printing of the Bible that I am having trouble finding. The lady that answered the phone did not know what I was talking about, and did not try to find out what I was talking about. So I tried to "educate" her as to what I meant, and she just said they didn't have them. I asked if she could help me and check, and again, she just said they didn't have them. I know she didn't know what I, or she, was talking about, because when I asked for the specific printing I was looking for, she said, "Isn't that what all ESV Bibles are?" That's when I "educated" her on the fact there was a difference in paragraph form and verse-by-verse. I can't believe she wouldn't even offer to get with someone who did know and make an effort to help. Awful customer service. Took a book up there from the bargain section in the first thing the little grumpy lady behind the counter says you didn’t get that from the bargain section. Then she proceeds to let a customer behind me jump in front because she needed a minute, then after waiting about five or six minutes she strikes up a conversation with some old lady about making bows.
