Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cullman

We are vegetarian due to religious beliefs and we ordered four large veggie pizzas. When I got home and came to find out that there was meat pieces on one of the pizzas so we decided not to eat any pizzas as it is against our religion to consume any kind of meat and called the store for money back and I was told I have to bring pizzas to the store. So I took the pizzas to the store and when I got there the manager started to telling me that I should have told them before making an order that we are vegetarian and started to blaming me instead of apologizing that it was my mistake that I didn’t tell them. And when I told him that I need refund for all four pizza and he said there is meat on one of them so he can only refund for one of them but there is no way we were eating any pizza from that place after seeing meat on one of them so I told him I am not eating any of those four pizzas and need refund for entire order. Finally did a refund after so much argument and started to telling me not to come back even though it was totally their fault. This place shows no concern or take things seriously about religion or religious people. I had never experienced this kind of rude and horrible customer service ever in my life until now. Not even a single apology in fact I was being blamed...

I ordered a pizza on Papa John's app. I ordered one New York style pizza was extra cheese and pepperoni. And the cheese bread. I got charged for two New York style pizzas. When I got there to pay for my order after being charged for two of the New York style pizzas. They gave me one pizza and the cheese bread. I asked her where the other pizza was at since they charged me for 2 she said it only showed one on there end showed her my phone and what the app charged me for so they had to make another pizza making me stay there for another ten to fifteen minutes. The girl making the pizza crust wasn't washing her hands after handling the money and answering the phone. Money is one of the nastiest things out there. Very disappointed all around. The staff was incredibly rude when I called to check on my delivery. When the man could not find my apartment, he called my phone and said, “Where do you live?” Very rudely. Then when he finally shows up, I was kind opening the door because I was trying to be understanding and all he said was, “I forgot your drink so I’ll have to go back and get it.” I proceed to be kind and then a good 40 minutes later he shows back up again and hands me the drink. When I say, “thank you” he just turns around and walks away. As someone in customer service, I know this is unacceptable. I will never order from them again.
