This place is a joke went in there Friday evening bought a few things had to hunt a employee down to get help since no one checked on us to see if we needed any help the store was not busy as there was only 3 cars in parking lot me and another customer helped each other trying to find things but thats no problem in this world no one wants to work anymore. Saturday morning I log into my bank account and harbor freight pulled the money out of my account twice I called my bank to verify it had come out twice so I called harbor freight figuring it was a honest mistake or someone made an error I asked for the store manager and he told me yeah this happens from time to time that I would have to go to my bank and file a dispute I said so let me get this straight you made the error and took money that did not belong to you but I have to do all the leg work to get the money back that was wrongfully taken from me? He said yes sir that’s how it works I don’t agree with it but that’s how it works so harbor freight will get my hard earned money for nothing if I don’t check my bank account and do all the work to get my money back I have spent my last dollar at that place and I recommend anyone doing business with them to pay in cash only and watch your account if...

Harbor Freight has a lot of good items but their employee's have no idea what they are used for and in some cases what they are called. I called the other day and ask if they had any wire welders? the child employee did not know what that was and ask me if they were shaped like a suit case? I responded well not really, he then handed the phone to a little bit older female and in a very huffy voice she ask NOW WHAT IS IT I CAN HELP YOU WITH? I replied a wire welder, YES WE'VE got them. Ok can you tell me the price of these welders. WELL YOU WILL JUST HAVE TO COME DOWN HERE AND PRICE THEM, DIFFERENT ONES ARE DIFFERENT PRICES. OK can you just give me a price range, that's when she loudly sighed and said SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 150 TO 300. With that attitude i told her I guess I just need to find somewhere else to buy my tools. Place is a joke. There was two women up front that could not stop chatting amongst themselves to ask us if we needed any help finding what we were looking for. When my wife walked up to ask about a product, one of the women just looked at her. She asked about a product and the lady gave her an isle number and resumed her conversation with the other lady. Geez why wear those fancy earbud headsets if you’re just going to stand there and talk and not assist paying customers. We went and looked where we had previously looked, could not find what we needed. So we placed the items we were going to buy back on the shelves and left to go somewhere else. I dont understand what happened to customer service. It just makes sense to be more helpful to customers or they become….non customers. PS AND SOME OLD CREEPY GUY WAS ALSO FOLLOWING US AROUND.
