I’ve not ever been unhappy with service from any auto parts store, but a few hours ago was a first for me. I went in with my dad who was wanting some spark plugs and when he asked for the ones he saw the store had online the dark-haired woman across the counter gave him the more expensive option. When he asked again if they had the ones he wanted she just kept responding with, “Well not if you want it to run right.” And further down the list with anything he asked for, all she responded with was, “Not if you want it to run right. Well not if you want it to run right.” She had an attitude and she completely lost the sale. By far the suckiest attitude in the auto parts store I’ve ever met. Are you a mechanic or a cashier? Read moreWe stopped at Advanced Auto today while passing through on our way back to Indiana with air conditioner problems. Although our problem ended up being something our local car dealership will have to fix, James was extremely helpful to us. He took the time to help my husband rule out some small issues, and even went above and beyond with his customer service by offering us bottles of water while we were waiting (as it was extremely hot outside!). They went out to look at a man’s car and sat with another man and talked about window tint for 10 mins. All I needed was a code read that would only take 30 seconds but I guess I wasn’t important enough to her cause I was asking for a free service. Finally a nice man helped me.
