February 22, 2022 this restaurant still refuses to open inside dining or the lobby to even order and get your food... Forcing everyone to use the drive through causing long lines and excess wait times during peak hours. Management here is absolutely braindead. I hope this restaurant goes out of business.
Issues with this particular location are: They refuse to open the lobby for dine in or as a another method of customers ordering their food and receiving their orders which also helps with reducing the wait time for others and long drive through lines. They consistently have slow service (there was only one other customer besides me at the time that I decided to leave this review; it took 30 minutes to get my order) they get the order incorrect regularly or completely neglect to put entire items with your order. I highly recommend NOT going to this location if you want correctly made to your liking fast food especially if your looking to sit down eat and enjoy the meal before heading out.
#1) extremely slow sr, #2)getting all the items you ordered, #4)incorrectly made orders, #3)the lobby is not open whatsoever anytime.
Previous Review Went it here at 8pm when there was only one other customer and no one in the drive through. My order was up first and it still took them 30 minutes. I do not recommend going to this restaurant ever...
Read moreThere was one vehicle at the order station for the drive through. Apparently this was not going well since I could hear the person in the car yelling. They then took off around the end of the building. When I pulled up to the order station, I was told that the person talking was the only one in the store and it would take a few minutes. I was 15 minutes into a 30 minute lunch break at that point and didn't have any time to wait. I then pulled around only to find that I was stuck there with 2 vehicles ahead of me. The first was waiting on their food. The second was clearly not wanting anything other than to leave. We were both then held captive by the narrow drive through lane, curb and dropoff on the other side of the small grass covered area... No choice but to wait. So much for having it your way! I don't know why there were no other employees present. That is an investigation for the Burger King Management to conduct... ...
Read moreI just came through the drive-through a few minutes ago, the girl that took my order told me to pull up. I see no one at the first window and continue to pull to the second to make payment the next thing I know I have some brown headed girl with glasses screaming because she’s having to work both windows, which is not a problem and continues on to talk to me like I’m ignorant, and then the road my food into my car and calls me an evil bag. this is unacceptable but at the same time very funny because there are truly Karen’s everywhere. I am sorry this lady has to work two windows but as a customer, I have no clue of this. I have absolutely no clue and yet these people want $15 an hour they need better management to take care of these type of employees. Because the next person that comes through may not be so kind...
