If you want to be able to talk to someone about any issues you may occur with a restaurant, delivery, or the app and have some customer service do not go to Subway or order from their app. Their customer service is nonexistence unless you want to correspond with someone by email that you will probably never hear from. I have used the app for about a month and had placed a delivery and I didn't receive 2 items I ordered on the Subway app. The young man told me they were "TO BUSY" and that it was the door dash delivery drivers responsibility to get the side items and I had to call door dash for the refund. When I spoke to door dash they told me I had to contact subway for the refund because door dash only handles their app delivery not the payment. Seriously educate your staff and let them know that your customers have to go online to the website and send an email that may or may not even get replied to. Even in the FAQ there is no help on what to do in this situation. How much more scamness can you get. This is a billion dollar corporation have some better customer service because your customers should come first. Read moreJust go to Southgate Shopping Center Subway!! When we walked in the Dominion Square Subway there were no employees to be seen. There was a customer waiting and looking as if he was wondering if anyone was working. Employee 1 comes out to take his order. He is planning on ordering 4 subs. She had no personality or energy. We continued to stand there for literally over 10 minutes while the employee made 2 of the 4 subs. Then employee 2 walks out from the back as I’m telling my daughter and her friend lets go to the other subway in Southgate Shopping Center. I told the two employees they are the slowest people I have ever seen. Employee 2 said they don’t have cameras in the back so she didn’t know we were waiting. This means Employee 1 wasn’t intelligent enough to speak up and say she needed some help. Employee 2 then told me Employee 1 is new, so I said then shouldn’t you be out here assisting her? Well she has been here like two months. With all the people out of work at this time this is the best and brightest this store can find.
