As a woman with PCOS i can't even begin to explain how horrifying it is when one day you notice you are able to grow a full-on viking beard... You wear scarfs and masks, spend thousands of dollars on makeup and treatments that promise to work but never do.. You eventually accept that this is your life now and embrace the depression and embarrassment that come with this thing you have no control of.

Then one day you walk into an office .. Your last hope that you never realized should have been your first stop. You're greeted by the most polite and supportive staff you had yet to be blessed with, and then like magic this wonderful doctor change your life forever! As extreme as my facial hair growth was before is how exactly the opposite it is now! I cannot believe the difference.. I cried.. Full on ugly cried when I first got my results showing through. I feel like a new person. I'm not embarrassed to walk around without makeup or a scarf. I'm excited to be included in photos with my friends and family. The difference is life changing.

If you struggle with PCOS like i do and are plagued by facial hair please do yourself this kindness and try laser hair removal.

This was my very first time here with Dr. Shawn. When I walked in, I was greeted by my beauty Mari, and I did not get the other nurses name, I'm sorry. But, I felt like family. They made me feel, like this location was the right place for me!! Dr. Shawn is beyond skilled in his profession I received a chemical peel today, with Dr. Shawn, I felt that he explained the process to me very well, and what I was going to experience in the next few days to weeks. He also gave me advice on what I could also do in mean time to help with my skin.. I will be coming back to this location and I recommend to anyone else with their skin needs.. the view was also very comforting... thank you again and I will see you soon 👑 I admire his upbeat personality...

I’m not sure what kind of day the receptionist was having, but her attitude could use a major adjustment. From the moment she picked up the phone, I could feel and hear the negative energy throughout the brief time I tried to schedule a consultation. I ultimately decided to disconnect the call. Is pleasantry and customer service no longer a priority? I’ll be finding another dermatologist that’s in-network with my insurance. I encourage management to listen to the call (as it’s confirmed they’re recorded) — I called at 11:17 am. The receptionist could benefit from brushing up on her soft skills ASAP! It’s unfortunate because I hear the doctor is amazing, but my money will be spent elsewhere. 2 stars because again, im sure the...
