The spa is beautiful but the scalp treatment is awful. First of all they don’t clean their hair brushes between customers. I didn’t realize until towards the end of the treatment that they were using a used hair brush that was full of hair from the previous person. That’s disgusting. Also the person who does the treatment doesn’t speak English so you can’t communicate with her. In the middle of the treatment the woman used this tool to massage my hair and it got my hair all tangled and stuck all over it. The woman broke so much of my fine hair when she had to pull that tool off of my scalp. My hair looked way worst and less healthy after the treatment. It made me so upset because I went for this treatment hoping it would help my hair loss and instead I lost more hair because of it. Horrible service. On top of that, they were supposed to use this machine to do a before and after treatment analysis and they totally forgot to do the after. They only did the before. The woman just went to treat a new customer and left me there with someone else to blow dry my hair. I didn’t even let them brush my hair in the end when I saw how dirty the brushes were. Also the person who did the treatment didn’t speak a word of English so I couldn’t ask any questions about my hair. I know the place just opened and I wish them the best, but I hope they fix these issues so other new customers don’t go through it. I wish I went...
Read moreI recently visited this med spa for a Sculpt treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Having stayed at some of the top hotels around the world, I always make it a point to visit their spas when I travel. It's not easy to find that same world-class service here in LA, but this place absolutely delivers.
The professionalism of the aesthetician was outstanding, and their attention to detail in every aspect was something | really appreciated. I'm very particular about the products used during treatments, and I was thrilled to see they work with brands like Valmont, SkinCeuticals, and Oribe--only the best of the best. It's clear they've put a lot of thought into ensuring every detail of the experience is perfect.
The ambiance is another highlight. The space is so relaxing and comfortable that I found myself wishing ! didn't have to leave.
Even my husband, who came along for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, was impressed. The cabin is so spacious and well-designed that he was able to work on his laptop while enjoying the treatment. It's ideal for anyone who's "too busy" to relax--he got to multitask in the most luxurious way.
I'm so glad this place is here in LA. It's rare to find somewhere that offers not just exceptional treatments, but a genuine feeling of being cared for. I can't wait for...
Read morei came to experience their hyperbaric oxygen therapy, it was amazing and i felt really good after. you sit in a compact airplane like cabin that's really comfortable with a tv, adjustable lighting and comfy seats - sits two so you can bring a friend, matcha, chit chat, whatever! service can be 60 or 90 mins. i like it bc this is medical grade and it used to be just something for athletes or anyone in surgery recovery but now it's available to everyone because of this spa here. i felt so refreshed after because im not recovering from anything major right now but i have been having a lot of brain fog and poor moods, i wanted a natural way to improve my body function from the inside instead of always just drinking coffee and this was the key. you feel more effect the more it's done but even for my first time, i walked out brighter, fresher and even happier haha.
they have sooo many other medical beauty services too from hair treatment, skin tightening and more.
really cool to see this place in culver city because la has such a leading industry for wellness technology!
will be back to experience their other services asap. clean, great ammeities, even a lounge upstairs and hang out with the girls. kind staff and such cute interior decor too...
