AMAZING FOOD! Every time I crack open a new Fresh 'n Fit meal, I am stunned at how delicious it is. I don't know how they do it. We are talking restaurant quality meals here. And I can enjoy all that deliciousness knowing that they're each only 400 calories! And sometimes it's even too much food!
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I did FNF a couple years ago and always got the default low carb meal plan. It wasn't until the second time I got back into it that a customer service agent told me I could customize my meals plans at no extra charge! She helped me re-do the plans I had already ordered so I could hand pick every meal. I still try to stick to the low carb options but some of the other meals are too yummy sounding to pass up. And they're still only 400 calories so I can still eat guilt-free!
GET OUT OF YOUR RUT! STOP EATING OUT! I was in a breakfast rut - same half a bagel every morning - and found myself eating out for lunch more than my tummy - and wallet - would like me to. That's when I decided to get back into FNF. It's so convenient to have low calorie breakfasts and lunches (and dinners if you want!) ready to go. No meal prep, no cooking - just pop them in the microwave. And they are fresh, not frozen, and what I consider to be very generous portions so they are soooo much more satisfying than a Lean Cuisine. Not to mention, they are always mixing up the menu. I love customizing my order and then getting surprised and excited all over again when I pick up my meals.
TL;DR: I am no health nut, I am no work out queen. I am, by all accounts, a couch potato who loves to eat and binge watch Netflix. But take it from me - Fresh 'n Fit is just plain good. I can't...
Read moreI discovered Freshnfit when many years ago they visited Crossfit Resurgens and had a food tasting. I thought the food was tasty, but didn't sign up at first. Several years of aging (now in my 40s) not going to the gym and poor eating choices later, I decided to make a change. I started going to Orangetheory 3 days a week, and singed up for the Freshnfit 5 day meal plan to help me avoid the pitfalls of grabbing fast food for breakfast lunch and dinner during the week. Eating their meals retrained my brain what a proper portion size was, which helped me make better food decisions on the weekend (albeit not as strict as during the week). Over the course of about 2.5 years I lost 88lbs (250lbs down to 160lbs), and have maintained that weight loss now for 2 years. I'm still going to Orangetheory, which helps my cardio endurance and to keep muscle tone not size, but attribute most of my weight loss and weight maintenance to Freshnfit. Also, besides Covid, I havent been sick at all in 3 years (not once). I used to get bronchitis and other upper respiratory infections several times a year. Eating right and exercising has all sorts of benefits. I don't always use them now, but when my weight creeps up 5 or 10lbs especially after holidays, I sign up for their meals again for a few months to help get it under control. Phyllis is always great to work with, and is very helpful. Their food is tasty. At first the prices seem a little high or intimidating, but when you really look at what you spend on 3 meals a day for a week, it averages out to leas than you will spend eating out. I recommend giving their meal plans a 5 day a week 60 day trial, and really stick to it if your goal is...
Read moreI'm a picky eater, I enjoy wholesome meals, and am not a fan of much fast food. When comparing the price and convenience alongside the quality and variety which Fresh N Fit meals offer with local fast-casual restaurants, I don't even consider it close. 3 days into a 4 week meal plan purchase, I am so far mostly satisfied with my decision. The taste of the meals is above average; if comparing it to another location, I would have to compare the breakfasts and dinners to good tasting restaurant quality but without the tip. Of the three lunches I've tried so far, they are good, I have no complaints with them.
The one reservation I do have, is that for someone who has high caloric need, there is not currently a single meal plan that can accommodate. The highest plan listed on the site comes in at 1,800 calories. Being an active 26 year old male at 6'3", 200 lbs, this is just plain not sufficient. I am left hungry even with ordering their full meal plan + a second lunch.
I would really love to see some sort of option or rate for those with these increased requirements, other than just ordering 2 of the same meal plans...
