Town Nails Spa — Local services in Cupertino

I don't visit this salon too often even though I live within walking distance, but I've been coming here since 2013. The acrylic nails lift and the gel starts to peel well before 2 weeks, but the pedicures are great. I came in today for a pedicure and to get my daughter's nails painted, and I was greeted with the usual "long time, no see my friend." But later, the way I was treated by the manager, Rose, was less than satisfactory. I may not ever return now! I was going to have my daughter's toes and nails painted. I asked if my daughter could put her feet in the water and just have them dried off and painted. Rose straight up said no. I was like, what do you mean? She tried to explain that I would be paying full price for a pedicure just for toes in the water, no products! And the way she said it was very demeaning....

I love this place. The owner of the shop is so positive and accommodating of her clients and nail technicians. Though This is my second time here, they remembered me! They are so very helpful and ensure my cuticles were tidied up :) if you’re not looking for anything fancy with a good gel mani/pedi I highlyyyyyy recommend Town Nails Spa ❤️ they really do take their time with each client ensuring the best quality. The lady next took awhile to pick her colors and they were attentive in listening to what she wanted. As for me, they spent almost 1 hour and 30 on my mani and pedi. I was in search of ANOTHER nail salon. I mentioned it to one of my coworkers who led me to Town Nails Spa. This gem has been in Cupertino for 21 years! I was privileged to have Rose give me a full set of ombre pink and white that are the most beautiful, natural looking set I have ever had! I have been getting my nails done for many, many, years. She was attentive, friendly, hardworking (my nails were a mess), and genuinely seemed to enjoy having conversation with me! It was a pleasure spending 90 minutes just sitting and chatting on my day off. I look forward to a pedicure and hopefully be able to continue with her...
