Jan 2025: Clean & organized space. Good inventory with slightly tight space to move around, shoes & coats are kinda overpriced, and I wish there’s more than just senior Tuesday discount. But staff Margaret was the most wonderful and I found the cutest outfit brand new. Will be back!

I had a blast shopping today, with 25% off anniversary sale, 50% off clearance, and 75% off the 4th of July items. I was figuring out how to open clasp in necklaces and keychains with Gloria(fabulously helpful in reaching items I requested for) and Rose(utterly funny volunteer) . Rose threw the item back to me, and together we gave up quickly & laughed. And the sweet manager who was patiently translating in Spanish for another customer, demonstrates how to open vintage clasps for me. AND THEY JUST STARTED $10 off coupon on birthdays!!! So blessed by this clean, organized & giving back to cancer organization. Plus alllll the volunteers are always wonderful!

And I got a super cute, brand new, genuine leather, made in Italy, cross body purse for $70 MINUS $10(birthday date u need to update on web but manager did it for me) minus $17.5(25% off anniversary sale). So it became $42.5 plus tax for a really nice sling...

I was absolutely shocked at the horrible smell upon entering the shop. Clearly, it was popcorn. The smell permeated throughout the store. When I inquired about the smell, I was told by a "uninformed" staff member that she didn't know, it was also apparent that she didn't care. I asked where Marilyn was and she said that she had retired. I responded with "Marilyn was aware of everything, especially how the store was managed. I realized this would be my last time shopping at this incredible place "that used to be". The behavior of this woman was a good indication of what this place will become.
