Your store is full of psychos. This store turned off lights in the store while I was shopping cause it was their store closing time. A guy walks past me and suddenly starts turning off lights. He could have informed me before turning off the lights. Instead, I had to ask him the reason behind the lights being turned off, and then he tells me. Such a pathetic guy and pathetic staff.

No American store treats its customers like this. Why let me in if its that urgent? Customers don't always check the store closing time before they enter a shop.

Imagine 5 people standing and staring at you angrily during billing with no light in the store. I feared for my life. If one of the staff was not a woman, it would have been even more scary. Would you treat your mother or sister like this?

Please learn some ethics and customer care before you run a store. I am not ever going to enter your store.

Trying to sell for a price higher than the posted sign. When questioned the manager (with a terrible customer service attitude) said there are different sizes, though I didn’t see any other sizes in that box where the product was kept. Showed him the picture of the product with the price. He finally gave in but made us feel as culprits! They also sell old products (as someone mentioned in another review) without expiry date. Asked the cashier, a male older guy, to remove a couple of items based on the price of the items. It was a nearly $100 billing. The guy seemed to get really upset and started talking in a really rude manner. Not sure if this guy should be employed or fired.
