The food truck and seating look nice enough even though the area is not very pretty in the middle of warehouses and body shops. But that's ok for take out. The service was nice.
The pizzas were a problem, though. They were all slightly undercooked, and the flavor was nothing special. Also one of them was extra salty, for some reason. But even with all that, the worst part is that they tasted like rancid vegetable oil. It was very strong. Maybe the oil was expired, or it went bad, and they don't check it or taste it, or don't care.
My suggestions to the owner are: Number one, use better quality oil, don't use the rancid stuff. This is as basic as it gets, there is no excuse for that. Other than that, improve the recipe to make it stand out, improve the level of consistency so they taste the same every time, and give them a bit more cooking time.
For the customers, just skip this one. At least for some time until they fix...
