I rarely ever have anything bad to say about a place. But today I have never been more mad about an event. Today, I went to this Sky-zone with my 2 kids and my cousin. Everything looked normal and it was normal at the start. However, when my kids and their little cousin played dodgeball a kid hit my son with a dodgeball. I get it it’s a game, but even I heard the bang on his head. It wasn’t too bad. Then, he played again because his head didn’t hurt too much. I was watching him play when the SAME KID hit my son right on the left cheek and he started crying.I was EXTREMELY mad and screaming at the kid out of anger. The security was right there watching the event and I told him if games are to hit people. I know the rules of dodgeball and I know that you are not supposed to hit kids in the face or play games like that. Then, the kids friend started saying that it’s just dodgeball and talking back when I tried to tell the security. The security wasn’t doing anything about it either. My son was crying so I took him to the bathroom to put water on it. There, he told me the kid that hit him should be banned because apparently, when the ball hit him, he heard a ringing sound in his ear. I also hear the bang louder than the first. When I left the bathroom I was looking for the manager because I needed to report the kid for disrespecting. Also, the child was laughing at my son when he hit him. Long story short, a talked to a man and he filed a report. He talked to both kids in front of me and my angry cousin and told them to say sorry. He also said sorry to my son. And to top it all off they didn’t give me a copy of the report. I am not a person of complaints or anger but I have never been more mad. My son is now fine and safe but we still aren’t sure if anything happened to his head. Thank you for your time in...

For the past two months, my family’s Little Leapers membership (10 AM–12 PM at SkyZone Cutler Bay) has been pointless—we’ve been repeatedly denied entry on scheduled days with no explanation or apology. Today, after finally being allowed in, the experience was worse than useless.
1st let’s address the safety hazard. 35 minutes into the toddler-only session, a group of 15–16-year-olds was allowed to invade the area, jumping recklessly near babies and small children. Staff did nothing to remove them or enforce the age policy. Next the negligent management. The owner was present and ignored the chaos, refusing to address terrified parents or uphold their own rules.
This is unacceptable for a business charging for a "dedicated" toddler program. You are failing your customers. Honor your membership terms—stop denying access without recourse. Hold up your end of the deal by enforce age restrictions—or remove "Little Leapers" entirely if you can’t provide a safe space. Do a better job at training staff to intervene when policies are violated.

Read moreI am very disappointed with the management at Skyzone at cutler bay, I take my kids there every week and I had purchased a monthly membership, then I was offered a summer membership which I switched to it and I was told I was going to get the monthly membership cancelled immediately. Guess what? I was charged for both membership and got charged 3 months for the monthly membership plus the summer membership! I called the place they said they canceled and they would have a manager to call me about my 3 months refund which is about $198. I never got the call back. Then I went to the place and the manager said that he had canceled the monthly membership which it was supposed to be canceled since the day I got the summer membership! I asked to get my money back and he said , that is not up to me but up to the corporate office I said… you guys charged me twice so I don’t think it should be questionable! He said i am sorry they will call you. It’s been over a month now and I am still waiting for my refund and the call.
Once they get your money, they don’t care to resolve any issue… management should be more professional and do a...
