I bought a bouquet of roses yesterday for my daughter's graduation. I saw a bouquet of roses on their website so I drove to the shop to get it done. When I arrived they didn't have ENOUGH blue, white, light or dark purple, or light pink so I decided to get red and dark pink roses. When the bouquet was ready, I didn't like the way it looked. For a 24-rose bouquet for $129, I expect it to look gorgeous. Since I didn't like the way it looked, I asked to place a bow around the wrap to make it look better. The bow was handmade and kind of sloppy. I showed her the bow and asked her to fix the 3 ends hanging out if possible. I was running out of time and patience so I told her just to leave it. I don't think she knew what to do with it anyway. I was walking to the Grad ceremony when the wrap fell off the bouquet. I was very upset and disappointed with the sloppy darn job of $129 I just paid for. The entire bouquet was a mess. When I got home and decided to place them in a vase without the wrap which was already a mess. OMG, the inside of the bouquet was a disaster. Who puts tape on flowers? Don't we have rubber...

The next day they sent me another email saying your order will be delivered today. It wasn't delivered again. Then when I called to see what's going on they said it was my fault I should have ordered more in advance. I said why did you send me two confirmation emails then. They didn't say they were sorry and were upset that I just wanted a refund. Don't do business with them. I will never order from conroy's flowers period. Worst...
