Hello I may move Starz up I have not even moved into the unit yet. I know there was a couple things that were misleading like I thought there were cameras in the halls and I thought there was a a keypad to get in to the inside units upstairs but there wasn't. We might be having an estate sale so I'm not sure if paying for 16 months was good. But may want to use it anyway the one thing that does bother me is I gave you my personal email not my work or my other emails so I know I don't get spam but after I gave you guys my email for notification I've been receiving major spam from Ace hardware from travel places all kinds of stuff it would be nice in the future if you were up front about something like that so a person can decide what type of email to give you I don't appreciate all the spam mail. And for the prices you guys charge and for the place marketing people's emails is not good practice. Just a thought lot of people don't like it especially not me. As for the place I guess it's okay like I said I haven't moved in anything yet and the guy at the desk I talked to that took me and showed me he was very nice and very professional. you keep asking for reviews I was going to wait but I just got another email asking to review it so I just thought I would throw this out here maybe I'll change it later....

Luckily I showed up Saturday night to drop off a few items to notice the gate was chained up closing time. I called customer service and after being on a call with three different departments I was hung up on. I called back over an hour later to someone who started a help ticket. I needed to put my household belongings somewhere and needed to rent a unit at a different location. When I was called two days later I was told the only thing that could be done was to refund my rental fee and to give me a one month discount based on what I had already paid ($79). I asked for the rate that I had at the Cypress location to be transferred to be honored at the Wardlow location 2 miles away. The reason I chose this location was for the free month of rent only to have the rate doubled. I was told that different locations have different rates but are all under the same company. I have used this company for years to facilitate moves and storage and am usually met with great customer service but after this challenge I am left with...

Maybe it had to do with it being a new year, I donāt know. I wrote an initial positive review because the on-site manager guaranteed me a lock if I did. So, keep that in mind when you read some of these 5-Star reviews. Even if it is written in the contract that increasing it is legal, I feel, itās a bit of a cop-out to not mention that it would likely happen since after move-in is a bit disingenuous. Not a good practice to keep long-term customers in my opinion. Wouldnāt really recommend, I vacated my unit recently to pay for a much cheaper oneāI now actually pay $130, and was of no foreseeable future increase any time soon, with a 33% discount for first 3 months since Iām new. So there are definitely options. Besides this and public storage. Luckily, I also had the time and help to move my relatively light stuff out of my unit in short-timeās notice.
