JIN SUL LUNG TANG — Restaurant in Cypress

Eaten once to-go and once dine-in. Very happy both times.

I'm a white dude who never thought he'd enjoy Korean food until he tried Hang Yang over on Orangethorpe in Buena Park. I go to KBBQ places for AYCE meat, but I'm not one for kimbap or bibimbap. However, I've grown to love Korean beef soup/stew and spicy cold noodles, and the way Jin Sul Lung Tang does them is great for me.

The soups are very comforting, and my wife enjoys the banchan here even more than at Han Yang. The soups are very satisfying without being overly heavy on carbs, which is perfect for me personally.

The service is more than adequate, but unfortunately I've not seen them busy yet. This place needs more recognition. I'd like to see them succeed, so I'm writing here for you now. Check them out.

The dining area is clean. The food is good. There's tons of parking and no wait for seating. Costwise, two soup-entrees were more than enough for myself, my spouse, and our young daughter. With a 20% tip, it was about $15 per person. Do give...

I had the pleasure of visiting this newly opened restaurant during its soft opening. From start to finish, the experience was both warm and satisfying.

The soup was exceptionally well-prepared, featuring a deep, flavorful broth with a rich, milky consistency that reflects hours of careful simmering. The beef was tender and savory, complemented perfectly by the soft noodles and fresh side dishes. Every element of the meal felt thoughtfully crafted and true to traditional Korean flavors.

Although the team is still in the early stages of operation, the service was courteous and attentive. The staff displayed genuine hospitality, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was clean, inviting, and tastefully designed.

Considering this was only the soft opening, I’m very impressed by the level of quality and care. I look forward to returning once they are fully up and running. Wishing the team...

I think the most important thing for the restaurant is TASTE. Finally, I could try their Dishes. The Taste was very good. However, I prefer more strong taste. Quentities was also Good.

The Owner is a very Nice Person. So I change the Rate from One to Three. Because, I felt very BAD something during my stay. However, I pointed it out to an Employee.

So, I will change 3 to 5 Star if they adjust thing that I pointed it out.
