Just left PCI. I am extremely happy with my experience. I went to their new location in Cypress and the store was very clean, well organized and the customer service was through the roof.
The girl at the front desk was really nice, was able to look up the exact equipment I have and relayed that information to Brent (sales guy). Brent was EXTREMELY helpful and attentive. I had tons of questions about everything from radio set ups, blower systems, helmet types, lenses, proper fit, and even had my girlfriend with me that needed a set up also. He spent a good long while with us going over EVERYTHING in detail. He had a great attitude and was an extremely nice and knowledgeable person. I give him 10 stars out of 5.
He really took the time and patience to pull out many different helmets to find the perfect fit for each of us, making sure everything was in check. And for the audio he walked me through all the various options and even had a few good ideas to add on top of what I had in mind. He even drew a diagram for the wiring to make what I wanted to do work properly.
My girlfriend and I had a phenomenal experience! We are 110% extremely satisfied customers.

In the midst of my wife going into labor, my new toy was put into a utility sink and I came home from being with my new baby girl to seeing my other baby being drenched in a sink with the water running. Devastated is an understatement. I sent the kit back to PCI to see howe much damage was done. Cody, Sean and the management were great and decided to send me all new stuff even though this mistake wasn't their fault. Talk about customer service! I will be recommending them to everyone! Read moreHands down the best customer service we have experienced in years. Purchased a pumper helmet that was pre-wired in our home state of Arizona. We went to KOH and my wife used the helmet for the first time and noticed the right speaker did not work. Went to the PCI booth and let them know what the issue was. They replaced the speaker for us, when we asked how much we owe them they said it would be a warranty item. We explained that we didn’t purchase the helmet from them, but rather a local shop in Arizona. They didn’t care and still said it was a warranty repair. We fully expected to be charged for the work and where visibly shocked that they didn’t charge us. This kind of customer service is what has now locked us in for any future items we need...
