Absolutely LOVE their Shahrzad Earl Grey Tea, but have been unable to find it in my area in Riverside, CA. I finally ran out of it about a year ago, so I both filled out the form on their webpage and called the company to inquire where it is sold, but my questions were left unanswered. I never received a reply to the contact form, and while someone picked up the phone the first time I called, I was told the person responsible for responding was out and I should call back at a certain time. Make sure you are going to the RIGHT one as there are two warehouses, about 2 blocks apart.

Take your pick, warehouse 1 has a long line which can potentially see you having to back out of if you chose the wrong warehouse, as I did, OR warehouse 2 which was less busy but required a tight blindside to the dock, while dodging the dumpster.

Really great people though, had me loaded with 44k of dry food in less...
