If I owned this store, I would fire the manager.....today.....she,and 2 other employees spotted,a sign in the door looking for more part time help , and the most neglected store I have ever been in. Tons of stock sitting in aisles waiting to be put away,yet no one touching any if it....debris, trash and product all over every inch of floor which obviously took quite some time to accumulate to this nasty level.....the manager on duty, a blond is female only to anxious to go back in her hidey. Hole office when if need be, a good manager would get off her lazy ass and peck away at making an attempt to have the store look clean and presentable....then, probably this same genius decided to have blown up dozens of mylar baloons for mothers day,which obviously are not going to sell,then,once one of the cashiers was done ringing someone out, started blowing up even more! What a waste of balloons and helium. Don't even get me going on the nasty carpets that look like someone urinated on every inch of them. Poor leadership that should be fired, and what do you expect from the staff when you find this acceptable????? 2 thumbs down and be thankful you don't work for me. Read moreI NEVER had a problem here until the other night when the doors were locked at 8:00. When I called to find out what time they closed I was told 9:00 and then hung up on when I asked why the doors were locked. I was hung up on 3 times after that. In person I was told they could not hear me when in fact there was 2 seconds between the answer and the hang up. I called the next day and must have called late enough to get the same manager as when I asked if this was the day or night manager I was hung up on again - and twice more after that.

The line was very long , I'm waiting along with other customers , the assistant manager comes from the back of the store opens another register ,takes the lady that was behind me, so I follow the customer although I should have gone before her (np) The problem arises when the assistant manager tells me she cant check me out and she only took the lady behind me because she was on her lunch break and she worked at Walmart. Needless to say I had to get back in the long line that I was originally in and wait even longer. Talk about poor poor customer service.
