Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dade City

I am picky with how I like my wings cooked seeing as I used to work at Beef O' Brady's as a cook. When you cook wings you have to let them sit for a minute or two out of the frier before you mix them with the sauce otherwise they are soggy as heck! And when you order extra extra crispy as I do it's impossible for them to be crispy if this is not done! I hate having to give the cook special instructions on how to cook the food but the guy behind the counter was really cool about it and assured me that this wasn't new news I was telling him! Walked in for the lunch buffet, because I've eaten carry out many times; but have not dined in the last year. As soon as I walked in I noticed the booths were ripped and falling apart. Then I wanted to wash my hands the bathroom was sticky and stinky. Within the first two minutes I was brought a check. I got a water, but only received one refill the entire 45 minutes I was there definitely needs more staff. The salad bar was dull, but well maintained. The pizza is fine except on my last plate there was a long piece of hair in my food. It took forever for fresh pizza to come in and they cut the pizza so small that it seems meant for children. Now I typically don't like to put reviews but this is my first time ordering from here because we just moved here about a month ago so I thought I'd give them a try . but I got my delivery the driver was nice . but I opened the box and my pizza was slid everywhere. Then I ordered and redeem my free bread sticks that are suppose to be a 10 piece. But only received 5. Then I got the mozzarella sticks now sure if they fry them or not but tasted like old oil. Then the side sauce you can tell its old sauce. I've worked at a pizza restaurant for 6 years as an assistant manager and this is unacceptable.
