Just went shopping at the Walmart in Dade City, tried to buy two boxes of allergy medicine. At checkout the price rang up higher than what the tag underneath showed. I told the cashier and she called for help. A lady went to check and came back said no the price that it rang up is correct. I said no, I'll go show you where they are and the price shows as much much lower. We went over I showed her and saw the price was moved. I questioned her and she said that the price label strip had slid down and she fixed it.
I told her I'm sorry it's not my fault that happened and she needs to honor them lower price for the two products that I selected. She told me that she would only honor for one.
I asked her to go get somebody who could honor the second one and she told me no her team leader told her to honor only one and that was all she was doing and I coukd accept one at the lower price or none.
I accepted one is I had to have it since I was completely out.
Moral of the story is don't believe what the price shows under an item in Walmart ever ever again.
And if you don't watch the prices being rung up you never know how many times that you have been ripped off by being overcharged.
I would understand not accepting the lower price on any other product that only had two of them and that's all I wanted wasn't going back to ask for more or anything get off your high horse Walmart and honor the prices that are under the items...
Read more🚨🚨No electric chairs available.🚨🚨 Even google map is showing the handicap symbol, this Walmart is not safe for the disabled. Yesterday we made a quick stop to buy some groceries. My father has serious mobility problems and can barely walk. I left my father in the driveway, then parked and went to get an electric chair. After my father took 2 steps into the store, we found out that ECVs are not available for people with mobility issues like my father. The automatic door closed behind us. I asked the employee in the photo to help us open the door to save my father using his legs and avoid any extra steps. Probably 40 more steps. The employee was very rude and said that once the electric doors are closed, no one can open the door. I explained that my father has serious mobility issues (which were very obvious) and we need him to step in front of the sensor to open the door, but he said that his manager wouldn't let anyone open the door once the customer was inside. I explained to him again that my father can barely walk and he said he couldn't do anything and turned his back on us. It was a matter of simply standing in front of the sensor and my father only needed to take 2 steps to get back to the parking lot. However, the employee in the photo did not help us and forced my father to walk 40 additional and unnecessary steps. This situation was very unempathetic and poor customer service. Save yourself from a...
Read moreStore manager Anthony Lawrence and Ast. Manager Theressa decided to make up unoficial store policy today. They wouldn't accept unopened brand new merchandise return. Granted I did not have my receipt. But Walmart's policy on that is to put such returns on a gift card. They blatantly refused because: "My mother was returning the items for me, and they said I have to be present," and because, "they don't know if I purchased the items within 90 days". I called and talked to the manager and explained the situation (serious family matters which is why I couldn't be there) and why my mother was doing my returns for me. He still refused to do the return. After calling corporate customer service, the representative I spoke with called the stores manager and he LIED and told her that mom mother told them I too many returns on my licence. Which is the same thing they tried to tell my mother. Which makes no sense because I wasn't there and neither was my licence. (And isn't true anyway) Just a ridiculous run around for no good reason. If I could rate 0 Stars, I would. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. So much for "Custoer...
