Over a period of two months, Cristina patiently showed us many properties, some of them preferred different buyers, and others didn’t even look at our offer. We wanted to live in one of the most exclusive areas in the DC metro area, McLean (VA), where buyers are extremely competitive, but Cristina never allowed us to get discouraged. When we finally found the house we truly liked, in the perfect location, Cristina’s timely efforts and knowledge of the process allowed us to close in less than 20 days. From our very first meeting, my husband and I were impressed by Cristina’s professionalism, enthusiasm, and social media savvy. Cristina is an amazing professional. She has the ability to put clients into the right perspective. She is able to think outside the box and to analyze a situation quickly under many aspects. She guided me among dozen of properties pointing out pro and cons I didn't see. She won a bidding war with clever and well thoughts moves. We spent two months looking for the right property and she worked day and night to make sure I was going to buy what was right for me. I am glad I listened to her.
