Keller Williams Realty Professionals — Local services in Dale City

Update 6/10/22 we rented a home that was nice but poorly managed/taken care of. There were massive issues from day one that were promised to be fixed. Very few issues were addressed and when they were it was many months later. We got out of the lease early due to the poor property management and it’s negative effects on our health. Since the owners seemed decent, we decided not to sue after being advised by counsel to do so.

Be cautious on some property management companies backed by Keller Williams. Definitely, not all of them are bad. However, PPM was taken over by Capital Property Management and many of their tactics remained the same.

This rating is solely for a company that Keller Williams backs. A company that I consider to be The worst property management company I have EVER had, thus far. This company seems very shady, poorly ran, and ran by untruthful individuals.

The maintenance woman, or whatever her official title is, is the only exception to this company. She seems to be a very professional individual and could do so much...
