10998 Harry Hines Dallas came to put gas for my wife from the outside pump was not working it seemed like the card processor was jammed went inside to pay inside instead. payment machine was bad as well, there were 2 employees the one at the corner was just looking like he just got out of a grave or something looking scary and noooot friendly at all I felt some hate added a bottle of water since im diabetic and needed water so bad, then the other guy asked me to tap my card told him it don't have the tapping feature did slide it didn't work then the smart scary dude jumped in the conversation to tell me in a very rude condescending and angry voice that its my card that don't work and start f wording me out of nowhere and I wasn't even talking to him but he doesn't know who is he dealing with. He is Ethiopian Called 911 to report and I m not stopping here not including the harassing homeless outside bagging for money at night maybe that store is trash. the dude is the one on the picture. contacting 711 corporate...

They're taking advantage of the covid-19 pandemic. I'm a 7/11 fan by no means am I trying to slander the franchise name. So today I purchased a few lunch items from the warning trays, pizza and wings. The slot I grabbed the pizza slice from only said meat eaters. I cashed out and realized that my receipt had an extra pizza slice charge. I told the store clerk the discrepancy and that's when he informed me that the boxes now contain 2 slices of pizza. I now open the box and realized he was correct. Arguing the matter went nowhere, and I didn't want to keep holding up innocent bystanders. So I left. Had there not been a pandemic I would've opened the box for inspection and realized that there were two slices and I would not have purchased them. But I had no need to do so as the pizza box itself says "grab a slice". Anyways keep an eye out and check your receipt...

Bad Faces Horrible Customer Service

This place is away a mess. Machines not wiped down. No running water nor RR for paying customers. Over cooked food, sandwiches expired, list goes on.The slim skinny guy looks to be Arab is rude he looks to what apparently to be the owner of the place. Counter wiped down with same rag not rinsed properly just sit in water. Homeless people asking for money both in & out the store.

Health inspector need to crack down at this location....
