So let's start off with the food, it's good not going to lie; it's not great but the portions are nice for the price. Plus they don't skimp on the meats.

Yet where you can turn an experience up or down is service and that that's where this turns out to be a horrible experience. We got in at 6 (closes at 8 on Sunday) yet one of the workers has already cleaned all the table except the ones that have customers. There's no where to sit, so thinking that they'll set a table for us while we order we do that. We place the order and ask where we can sit and are told that once a table is open we can take it 🤔 ( with 20 + tables that are open yet chairs are put up we wait) before we get our order a couple leave and we sit down. Here's where we are blown away, about 8 groups of customers arrive out of those groups only 4 stay because they go through the same issue no where to sit.

Mind-blowing, as Mexicans our service is always something to be proud of, decimos gracias y siempre saludamos cuando damos un servico. Pero aqui ni las gracias ni la sonrisa. Mejor maneja a Grand Prairie y busca las tortas y tacos (con mejor servico ) porque aqui no lo vas...

While visiting Dallas we stopped at this place after reading the reviews, they do not lie. These tortas are hands down the best tortas I've had in my life! I've tried tortas in several parts of California (including in L.A.) as well as several parts of Mexico and they do NOT compare to these tortas. The tortas have a robust, balanced flavor. The meat is tender and extremely flavorful. We had the Zacatecana and the Capitalina, both tasted delicious. We ended up ordering some papas locas even after having the tortas just because we couldn't get enough of the flavor! Those were great as well, loaded with tons of meat, potatoes were soft, the salsas were flavorful with just enough kick to them. When you come here not only will you find the food to be good but the owner is friendly, giving you a sense of eating with family. The owner was so nice he even treated our family to some churros and those, too, were amazing. They made reminisce my childhood and the churros one would eat at the fairs. If you're ever in Dallas (even if visiting or stopping by) you MUST try this place, I will guarantee you it will be one of the best meals you...

So today I felt indifferent 😐 as I walked back to my table after getting dessert for my kids I slipped and fell horribly my churros went flying. my husband went to the front told them I had fallen and to clean up the beans I slipped on but it took them forever to do so another lady who was pregnant almost walked through the same area but I stopped her when they finally came to clean up they didn't even ask if I was ok or do ANYTHING for what had happened and it wasn't even busy when my husband asked for a bandaid and something to clean up the blood the lady got on the phone and took her time to even get me that once she brought it to me she just left it on the table and walked away no are you ok no can I help NOTHING they just made me feel so horrible and the fact that they cared so little just ruined my day beside the fact that I was left with...
