El Paisa Cocina Mexicana — Restaurant in Dallas

The food is great one of my favorite places to eat but I’m so sick of the manger with the brown and blond hair at the ends. I came in to eat a few weeks ago Not knowing they where closing or I wouldn’t have ordered .We get our food sat down and eat and she’s pretty much throwing the chairs rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing .. at the time I had no clue what was wrong with her tell I asked another worker what time y’all close and she said in 15 minutes that explains why she was so rude ( I wasn’t the only one who noticed her bad attitude ) .. I wish staff would have told me there where closing before I ordered my food. Anyways I went back today around 8:30 got my food and went to set down (the same manger brown hair blonde at the end) quickly moves all the tables to the side and stacked the chairs so There is no place to sit.. she’s yells at other employees to throw out the trash rudely ( I felt embarrassed for the guy )I probably won’t be going back after today I don’t feel Comfortable not to Mention the amount of water they threw out by the bathrooms and exit door .. I saw an older lady struggle to leave the restaurant because of the soapy water on the floor .. I had to hold my boyfriends hand so I wouldn’t fall (I’m pregnant and can’t...

UPDATE: as of August 2021 the place is a much better environment. I have not seen some employees that always made our visit unpleasant and seen new welcoming employees that just makes up for the other horrible employees they had 2 years ago. Food has improved and so has the employee’s customer service. Glad it’s back like the old times. Good job to whoever fixed the issues.

2019 review: This place has always been great till recently. They have gone down hill since they hired new employees and they don’t even care to hide it. I purchased green enchiladas earlier and they were horrible. The tortilla was stale and kinda warm from being under the light but the chicken inside was basically frozen. And the soup they had was so terrible even my child who loves their soup wouldn’t even touch it. And don’t even get me started on their staff. These ladies just don’t evem care anymore.
