If I could give Zero I would. Went there before 4pm, no one greeted us and the place was so empty I thought it was closed. One of the drink rounds, we put a draft beer on the picnic table by the pool table area, which slid off and broke- and because we set a draft beer in the corner of the table which according to the manager “should have had a coaster”, it slipped off and broke. The manager said it was our fault and would be charged for that beer and the replacement. “Because we should have known that the table was cooked and not placed the beer there.” Even though there is no sign or warning on the table. Not including we had a table and tab running, and went into the bar when no one (literally no other patrons) was in the bar. The manager exclaimed that it was "only a $5 beer" and “it’s no big deal to pay a $5 drink” and it was our fault and would have to pay for the replacement beverage. We declined and were still charged for the beer that fell off of their table. The manager was also patronizing in saying “so what should I do? Fix the table?” I asked him to take that beer off the tab and replace it, but he refused and asked us to tab out. If this would have been resolved with a replaced drink, we would have stayed and continued our tab. Because of this bad service we tabbed out. There was 1 bartender during our visit and we had to go to the bar for service. Poor managing...

What an incredibly poor place to relax. We came when the bar was almost empty on a Sunday night. The bartender took our order for drinks and appetizer, beers took almost 10 minutes to arrive, with a promise that the appetizer would arrive momentarily. 5 minutes later, the bartender came back and asked if we wanted beef or chicken on the nachos we ordered half and half. After yet another 20 minutes, the appetizer finally arrives. We ordered the main course. After 40 minutes, one dish of the main course arrives before the salad ordered with the same meal. The second dish arrives, and it's the same appetizer from earlier instead of the meal my wife ordered. This took another 20 minutes to correct. On top of all this, even though the bar is empty, the DJ is playing music very loudly. Even better, another guy at the bar is yelling into his phone for about 20 minutes. When I ask him to stop yelling over the music, the bouncer shows up. I assume this guy is a regular and the bouncer is his bro. Probably safest to...

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews unless it’s necessary, but I feel this one is. I came in with good expectations and positive energy to have a drink with a family member, only to leave disappointed by the service.

The bartender greeted us nicely at first, but once we received our shots, my relative simply asked if it was the correct drink and instead of a simple clarification, she gave us a whole attitude. He wasn’t rude or confrontational, just asked a question, yet the way she responded immediately threw the mood off.

We’re not the type of people to react negatively or cause a scene, but the energy completely shifted. Even after paying for our tab, the atmosphere just felt sour. That’s not good customer service.
