😒😡😠👎👎👎👎👎 This dental office seems nice. It is kid friendly. The are some issues with appointments & scheduling. The first time I took my child was Monday February 12th presidents day. It was very packed and with an appointment took a little more than 2 hours to be seen. Then time with dentist was about 10 minutes. I gave them the benefit of the dout due to no school holiday for the over scheduling. The 2nd time I took my child for a filling, again with an appointment on February 21st. Thursday. The appointment was made for 10:30 am. I sat there with my child in the waiting room for an hour 11:30 am. I asked how much longer it would be before she would be called back, receptionist said it would be a few more minutes, than she went to the back to double check and said it would be about 20 minutes more. (I think they forgot about my child some how.) 🤔 I was seeing other people & their children come in & go out. Still waiting for my child to be called back. 11:50 am. I asked the receptionist if there was a problem that my child hadn't been seen yet. She said it would be another 15 to 20 minutes again. At that point I said I wanted to just cancel the appointment.. I told them that I was going to call my insurance and make sure we were Not charged for the visit due to that fact that we were there on time for the scheduled appointment and had not been seen yet an hour and a half later. Then the receptionist said I would have to sign a paper before leaving and she stepped to the back room. At that point she brought in a dental assistant and dental assistant said " I'll call her back now" at that point she called my child back and said " will just be the child in the back" it told her "No it will not, I'm going in with her". Glade I went. The stuck her in a small office. Not an exam room. I was on the phone with my insurance at this point and did Lodge a complaint about the Bear Creek dental facility. I have been taking my son to this Dental office since the very beginning. I trusted them. Until recently. I went in for my own. My experience was extremely different. I went in to take care of cavities. I scheduled my appointment at 9am. I paid in full from the very beginning because of course they want their money before they even bother with you. Long story short, the entire procedure took 5 hours and they didn’t even finish. The doctor left my teeth exposed which could cause infections and other serious damage to my teeth. What should have only taken maybe 1 hour(I know because that is the time frame they quoted me) tops took up half of my entire day only for them not to finish and possibly infecting my teeth. Dr. Camino came in and said Rome was not built in a day and that I would need to reschedule another appointment, yet they wanted my money in full. After days of my mouth feeling awkward and hurting because they stuck me with the needles full of numbing over and over again because they took so long the numbing kept wearing off, I finally went in again and again they quoted me an hour. Of course in true unprofessionalism I was seen by a new Dr. I had never met before and he did not introduce himself. He heard my complaints and when he examined my mouth he came to the conclusion that Dr. C. did not take care of my bite. It was crooked and he had to fix it. And again it a long time time. This time I was not having it. After 2 hours of waiting I finally got up and asked to have a refund. Only then did they do my procedure in 20 minutes. However, while in the process I was called annoying and was treated extremely rude. The doctor was dropping things and spilling chemicals all over my arms. He was extremely rough and rude. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They care more for quantity over...

I’d give this place more stars if I could! I’d start by saying this either the girls really love what they do or they just have great customer service experience because I felt cared for throughout my whole visit there. The doctor who worked on me and her team were unbelievably amazing I’ll start off by saying this the first person I met on her team was a young lady named Amberlynn Amelia (I can’t remember this old age is catching up but I do know it started of with an Am) walked in shook my hand introduced herself and broke the ice not only with me but with my kids then proceeded to check on me throughout the visit I had a pretty long treatment so we were the last ones there I apologized to her for keeping them so late and this was her reply “ You don’t worry about that mom you worry about going home and getting some rest that’s what we are here for to take care of you.” If you all could have heard the way she said it you can tell she meant it. Now to the doctor and her other assistant they were just so great had me laughing and joking throughout the whole treatment. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a dental home. The next day on Friday I had an appointment for my daughter with their OS team as we were leaving Amberlynn (once again not sure if that was her name the both assistants named both started with A’s) came out with the doctor to ask how I was doing and just wanted to check up on me it was those small things that made me love every second of being there!
