I got Note10plus from them & my payday wasnt till the end of the week that Friday so I called Monday on the day it was due spoke to the manager Ray to explain told him that and ask to make arrangements and I would pay any late fee if needed and the he threatened me saying he would have the police come get the phone from me, if I didn’t make a payment that day or bring the phone in that day.. I could understand if I was a person with bad rental history but regardless of back ground I was at least honest enough to called to make arrangements and got that level of treatment... never again!!! 👏🏾😂.
