Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Dallas

I stopped by on Monday, June 3rd around 8:40 PM. I always try to be as nice and as courteous to the people that I order my food from because I truly appreciate that they are cooking for me when I don't feel like it. I also hate to leave bad reviews but this visit was just ridiculous! I even gave it some thought for a couple days before posting.

I arrived at Sonic and I pressed the red button. I just hear a man literally GRUNT at me to take my order. All I hear is "huh." So I proceed to put in my order. I ordered a meal and a second drink When I ordered the meal, I pause so that the person taking my order has time to put it on the computer. After several seconds, I hear him say "what else." So I ask for my second drink. After several seconds, again "what else." But it was all with the most disgusting attitude I have ever encountered. I continued to speak as kindly as I could.

What happened next really ticked me off... I see the young man approach my car with just a meal and one drink. As he approaches my car, I could tell he really did not want to be working. I roll down my window and I greet him "hello" with a friendly smile as I always try to do. He does not answer. He hands me the meal and my order, and I kindly say "oh hey, I'm missing one more drink, right?" He looks at me and rolls his eyes!! Never in my life have I had someone working in customer service do that! He turns around without a word, walking incredibly slow, literally dragging his feet. He comes back later with my drink. Appalled still, I kindly say "thank you" and he just walks away without a word.

The customer service I received from this young man was incredibly appalling. I will not be returning to this particular Sonic after this experience.

I assume the other guy that called the worker a "moron" in another review is talking about the same guy I am...

Good morning to all. I thank God for waking me up this morning and started me on this glorious day that he allow me the opportunity to say good morning to all. Today I'm going to wear my happy suit. Today I want to wear my happy suit because I'm blessed to be here I'm choosing to be happy. And I am alive. So moving right along I am new to the community I decided to pull over to the Sonic Drive-In I didn't order any food but I just got two drinks since it is happy hour all drinks are half-off. I enjoyed they happy hour because that is a discount that help us all. I also enjoyed those slushies that they serve the one that I like is the blue coconut. It's been a long time since I had a Blue Coconut Slush but I just wanted to let you know how good they are so maybe when you go through you would try one and let me know how you feel about it. I really do enjoy the customer service that they show us when we visiting. There's a whole lot of hardworking people that work for this Sonic. To all the hard-working people I really do appreciate you serving us time to time and these days a time I will also lift y'all up to our Heavenly Father to keep us covered and his blood all the days of our lives. So my boyfriend and I came here last night and they gave us cold food. The cheese didn't melt, and the burgers were dry. We didn't notice until we left because we were eating the hot mozzarella sticks that were on top of the burgers. I called the manager and he said that the people in the kitchen must have put the burgers in the wrong spot while they were waiting on my mozzarella sticks and he would replace my order, to come back tomorrow same time and he would be here and take care of it. We get here for the remake and the lady said they don't have a manager who's name starts with a T, but the manager that was there last night was standing next to her and he said he doesn't know what were taking about and he didn't tell anyone he would replace their order. My boyfriend went to the door and asked to speak to him and suddenly he remembered the order EXACTLY down to the ranch and the marinara sauce we asked forto go with the sticks.
