I love Subway but this location is horrible. It’s hot, the orders took forever, and the people are rude! I was mischarged for my sandwich as I didn’t know there were multiple honey mustard items on the menu. How she saw my small wrap and decided to charge me for a foot long sandwich, I’ll never know. I waited in line to get the mistake changed. When I got up there, she called over her manager and condescendingly said that I messed up telling her what I got. As though she couldn’t have asked clarifying questions instead of just guessing what I had. The manager said it’s a 50 cent difference, when it was like $2. I know it’s not much, but I don’t like to be overcharged if I don’t have to be. So instead of actually fixing the problem he offered me chips. On September 27, around 8:35PM, my friend and I visited this location. Chairs were upon the tables and there were 2 employees standing inside, near the door. As we entered the restaurant, the employees moved to the area behind the counter, and informed us they were closed. We checked the hours posted on the door,and found their closing time was listed as 9PM. Again, the employees denied us service, and said they were closed. As we were sitting in our vehicle, one of the employees exited the restaurant. When we quoted the posted hours, and asked if the company would be happy with their conduct, the employee asked what we wanted, and finally went inside and made our meatball subs. This is your standard Subway! One thing I appreciate about this location is how clean it is and how friendly the staff are. Our orders are made quickly (rarely has there been a line) and even if we haven't been in months the staff remember us. I haven't had something I have disliked here!
Parking: This shares a parking lot with the Fiesta so there is PLENTY of parking.
