Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

I have been going to this location as long as I’ve lived in this neighborhood, so for years and years, and as of late, each time I go, I’ll order online and go to pick it up, customized pizzas, not the hot and ready pizzas! So when I come, the pizza is cold, dry, and not even cut!!! How is it that I’m coming here and watching them put the pizza in the pizza portal and it’s COLD?! How am I ordering pizza… from a pizza place… and it’s NOT CUT.

I have never in my life received an uncut pizza from a pizza place and I have eaten Little Caesar’s on multiple occasions. That is absolutely ridiculous, I can’t lie. If I wanted to cut the pizza myself, I would’ve just went to Walmart and bought a frozen pizza, or PaPa Murphy’s, and buy a pizza to put in the oven and cut it at the house 😂. One day I ordered, I literally had to put the pizza back in the oven at the house, that’s how cold it was, it’s almost comical! Today was my last straw, I got a completely uncut, cold pizza. Have never had good customer service inside this place. I started to order off of the pizza portal hoping to not have to deal with anyone anymore and for some reason they never place my order inside the portal even though I know it works bc there will be other orders inside of it. So for example when I went today and had to pick it up from them (the cashier and another employee) they both act like they can’t understand what I’m saying so I have to show them my phone with the order number on it and they still look at me as if I’m crazy and they don’t understand till I keep persistent and keep repeating myself until all of a sudden they just understand and get my pizza and hand it to me and I say thank you and they just look at me like I’m stupid, not even a nod back or anything. Very rude. Wished my kid didn’t want pizza every once in a while and it’s convenient or else I wouldn’t come...

Very disappointed at this branch. I bought a pizza, wings and a 2 liter drink on Saturday December 1 2018 at 7: 23pm after I got out of work drove 37 min back home and found out pizza was incorrect order and burnt I call the branch spoke to hispanic manager and told me come Sunday . Tuesday went back cause I didn't work sun and Monday. So I ask to speak to manager and told him I wanted to pay for another pizza but please dont burn it this time caise I live 37 min away and ask him why they over charme for something I don't order and is reply was to get the fu.....k out of his store that he was to busy I strongly recomend corporate to look at management at this branch.
