I have used this cleaner many times no problems. So I took three dresses to be cleaned and one to be hemmed. I even held my dress up to me. So they could see how long it was. There was no moth holes in my dress. Because if it was I would seen them plus the workers would have seen them. Also I always examined my clothes before I leave them at the cleaners. I went yesterday to pick up my dress. It had all types of small holes in it. The manager was not there yesterday so I left the dress and the girl told me to call today. Which I did he claimed the holes was there when I dropped the dress off. I told him no because I held the dress up to me so his worker could see how long it was. And if there was any holes in my dress I and his worker would have noticed them especially around my breast area.The manager was really rude and I told him to go back and look at the camera and it will clearly show there was no holes in my dress. We both became angry. Of course he hung up on me. Tried calling him back they didn't answer. So while I was typing this review he called but I didn't answer. So I will be taking him to small claims court. It's the principle of how I was treated and for him not taking accountability of their mistakes. Because once we leave our clothes with them we don't know what they do with our clothes. So I will be contacting my lawyer on Monday. To see how I am supposed to proceed with the small Court filing.I will never ever use this so called cleaners again. I do not recommend them to anyone. If I could have gave zero for a rating score I would have. But I had to give one review score so I could write my review. This world is so evil and full of people who just want your money and they have no pride in their work...

I DON'T KNOW IF THEY HAVE NEW STAFF OR WHAT..... BUT I ALWAYS USE TO COME HERE BEFORE WITH NO ISSUES! BUT I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK AGAIN!!!! I DROPPED OFF SOME OF MY HUSBAND NEW LEVI'S JEANS, AND THEY MESSED THEM UP, HAD STAINS ALL OVER THE JEANS! YOUNG GIRL UPFRONT CAUGHT A ATTITUDE, WHEN I TOLD HER ABOUT IT TODAY, SHE SAID THAT'S HOW THEY SUPPOSED TO LOOK, WITH HEAVY STARCH, UMM I ALWAYS GET HEAVY STARCH BEFORE, AND THEY NEVER LOOKED LIKE THAT! SO UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND DIDNT OFFER NO REFUND, 😒, OR APOLOGY, THEN SAID I CAN CLEAN THEM THIS TIME ONLY, BUT NO STARCH ADDED! TOOK THE PANTS AND THREW THEM IN THE BASKET! SO MY HUSBAND SAID FORGET IT!!!!NEVER AGAIN! DON'T GO HERE! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR NEW CLOTHING...

If rude had a picture in the dictionary. It would be the lady I had to deal with on my last visit. They must be under new ownership. I've been coming to this cleaner for years. I have never seen this lady and a man that I was talking to before. I was simply showing them that the shirt looked like it was still dirty. They both decided to start a conversation while I was standing there and discuss what I was telling them that stain looked like to him. The guy starts saying its hair dye and the rude young lady agreed. I said I know it's not hair dye, because I didn't use any. I said it could have been other products. I got my shirts done over and they looked better. But her attitude was still the same RUDE!! Debbie...
