It actually hurts my feelings to post 1 star for my favorite pizza chain, but after receiving a delivery confirmation for a pizza that had not arrived even 30 minutes after the expected delivery time I am left with no choice.
I placed several calls to the store only for the call to be disconnected after waiting on hold 3 different times, yes crazy... I kept calling back... to inquire about a delivery time update as I was feeding 3 others with the pizza, I have no choice but to leave 1 star.
My oven suddenly stopped working, so this was more than a pizza craving... even if it was it will still require 1 star, but it wasn’t... I placed this order with purpose.
Being that this experience followed a previous late order in which I was promised a credit for a free pizza to address that, yes 1 star is the best I can do today.
I have had several positive experiences with team members and received several quality pizzas at/from this location, and I expect perfection only from Jesus, so I am very forgiving when issues come up from time to time, but when my spouse reminds me that this is actually the 3rd time in a row we have been unable to reach staff about an order significantly past delivery estimate, its time I give myself a 1 star review as a pizza customer for continuing down this path.
I am patient, if you tell me 40 minutes, I will give you 50 minutes, and I still won’t call until 60 minutes has passed, so I can confidently say I waited an hour, but if I can’t even call to ask where the pizza is on 3 different occasions its best that I get out of the way and refrain from placing additional orders.
My business or lack there of will not break theirs, but if we can find ways to improve the experience for the other customers that’s all one could hope...

So, I called and comely explained that one was completely wrong from what I ordered, and the other was a medium pizza in a large box. The first person said let me give you to my manager. I said ok cool. The manager came on the phone. I told her what happened. I heard her say. I messed up the order.. Then she said with a attitude. It gone be a while before we can get you your right order out. I said ok cool. She then said. With a attitude, again. We need you to save those pizzas we delivered, and give them to the delivery drive. I said ok cool. They will be here. I waited exactly 46 mins, and called again. The manager answered the phone this time. I said. I was wondering where my food was it's been about 40mins. She angrily said, its been about 30mins. I guess not thinking I have a phone that tells time as well. Then she said I told you it was going to take a minute. Then I said. Well are you gone send my food or what. Then i heard someone say who is that. She say some dude who we got his food wrong. She then just hung up. Not another word to me the paying costumer. Keep in mind I gave the driver a good tip. The first go round. She told me. Well, the delivery drive don't have nothing to do with me. Crazy! Right? After what papa John's has been through. You would think that someone working at papa john would not be doing there very best to run costumers away!! It will be a long while before I order from them...

I have ordered from this location a total of three times the first time went well. The second time it took a while and food arrived cold. Today and my final time I ordered online the tracker said my food left at 8:31, 9:20 comes along and low and behold no food. I call the store to find out where the food is and at first they are not sure then another women gets on the phone with an attitude asking when the app says the food left I tell her its going on an hour and the food left at 8:31 she says well he should be there soon he had four other deliveries that he had to make. I tell her I'm not really sure how that is my problem and there is no need to have an attitude, I am simply trying to find out where my food is. She tells me she doesn't have an attitude once again and says the food is on the way. So I take a deep breath in and get off the phone so I don't act out of my character. If it were not for the fact that the food is actually for my mother I would have canceled the order completely. I will never order...
