So today was my first trip to Big Tās, and I brought my golden doodle alongāheās currently in training to be a service dog (emphasis on training, yāall). Before heading in, I checked the website and didnāt see a single āno dogs allowedā warning. So I figured, coolāweāre good.
We stroll in, and my dog is out here soaking up compliments like heās on a red carpet. Folks were petting him, calling him beautifulāhe was clearly living his best life. Now, he did bark once at a Black man (weāre working on that), but the manās friend was super sweet, even gave my dog a treat. So weāre chatting, engaging, doing all the thingsāand everythingās calm for a good 15-20 minutes.
Fast forward like three minutes, and boomāsecurity pops up outta nowhere like heās on a secret mission. He hits me with, āYou did see the big sign that says no pets, right?ā Sir⦠no, I did not. I apologized and explained a bit about the training, but his whole energy said, āMaāam, I could not care less if that dog was training for the Olympics.ā
So I said okay, no problem, and we left. But as Iām walking out, I see two signs taped to the doorācomputer paper-sized, fresh out the printer. My daughter goes, āThis aināt the door we came in.ā So now Iām curious. We go back to the door we did come through, and guess what? No sign. I start scanning the area like Iām solving a crime scene, and finally spot this teeny-tiny black and red sign off to the side, nowhere near the actual door.
So moral of the story: If yāall donāt want pets inside, maybe put your signs where humans can actually see themālike, say, on the doors people use. Wild concept, I know.
I wasnāt even shoppingāI never stepped foot in any of the stores. I was just in the aisle doing some social training with my dog. But from what I saw, if youāre looking for a cute club fit or that āstepping out tonightā vibe, Big Tās might be your spot. Just donāt bring your dogāunless heās wearing sunglasses...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery unprofessional staff. Donāt go to Big T Nails!!!! People go to places like this to get something aesthetically pleasing (and if you spending that much money, you would think it would be relaxing) and to have a SPA type of experience. I paid $50 for my feet and $100 for this set. Mind you I Did Not go to get my feet done, and my budget was $100. Tina convinced me saying i would get a ādealā on my feet which they put acrylic on an up charged for ā¦.. They basically forced me to get a POWDER COLOR then all I wanted was a French Tip style set because there was no conversation about it before she put whatever she wanted on my hands. (Probably because they can charge you more for the powder color then an original gel set)... The boy who did my pedicure didnāt even give me a foot massage. And he filed each your crooked. This is what I got⦠Going into this place is very stressful. And donāt ask them to change something and donāt tell you you donāt like something because they will catch an attitude and start talking to each other in their language and laughing about things. They will blame you for their errors even if you show them a photo. Iāve seen these ladies making faces and being very rude about things that should be very very simple. They joke about liking big black ādixxā like its funny š¤¦āāļø The only person in there that knows how to do Nails is Tina and she doesnāt want to do it. She will tell you she will see you and then have other staff to work on you who donāt know what theyāre doing (and probably not licensed). One of the worst experiences at a nail shop Iāve ever ever had. Btw These photos are from yesterday at 5 PM. Itās now 2 PM the next day. * Two weeks update. Paint has peeled off. Is been ugly since the Rhinestones started to fall off on...

They're willing to go above and beyond to find what you need. They have everything from men's and women's clothes to children. They also have a variety a shoe stores. They have awesome clothes especially close to go out in the urban community nightlife scene. They have a phenomenal Salon in the back of the mall that you can buy virgin Hair to include full lace frontals and they install them there for a great price. You really can't beat the quality of hair or the level of expertise The Stylist have. If you go please ask for Gabby she's the best. Also the nail shop in the back takes pride in perfection and if you ever go you'll see it in the style of management. Do not be alarmed the manager does yell a lot at her employees but they seem to operate well under pressure and do a great job. You can buy food at this place and get some meat a lot of great people. It's a great place to network and especially for music artist. I guarantee there's something in Big T's...
