This place went viral on tik tok for making nice grills so I came here on July 4th to get one. A few days later it was ready, when I tried it on it didn’t fit. The girl tried to fix it with pliers but it just would not fit. They said they would take another mold and remake it and they did. I came back up here today 7/14 to pick it up and it STILL DIDN'T FIT. The same girl tried using the same pliers to make it fit and AGAIN, the grill just wouldn’t fit, period. She offered to make it again and I said no because I live far and don’t want to keep coming up here and there’s no guarantee that if I get another mold that it would fit. I then asked if I could just get my money back because it’s not my fault that the grill didn’t fit or that you guys couldn’t make it right twice. I could see if it was made correctly and I just didn’t like it but that wasn’t the case. She said no that they don’t give refunds. I said even though you guys can’t make the grill correctly and she said yes we don’t give refunds. She said you can get something else if you don’t want to get the grill made again. I saw some earrings that I liked that were a bit more than what I paid for the grill & asked could they discount them and I would pay the difference from how much the grill cost. She said they don’t do discounts. I ended up getting some small studs in replace of the grill but really they weren’t worth it either. I think it’s sad and a shame that exclusive weren’t willing to give me my money back for an error on their part or at least giving me something that looked worth it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone...

My son placed an order for a grill at this location. We drove over an hour to go pick it up, only to be turned away due to fault of the company. The grill did not fit properly and the representative went to the back several times, as she attempted to readjust the grill. She even called a jewelry repair guy from another store in the plaza to come assist. He suggested that the grill was uneven, which was why it didn't fit. The jewelry store didn't accept accountability and the representative didn't present with any remorse for the inconvenience. I requested a refund and she pointed to the sign and advised that they don't offer refunds. She then proceeded to ask if we wanted her to remake the grill, as if we were going to leave with no grill and no money. A discount wasn't even offered for the inconvenience. Now, we have to plan another trip to Dallas to pick up the grill and can only hope that they know what they're...

Took my ring today to get fixed and the lady did not do a good job. The prong was bent and she was suppose to only straight it out and put my stone back in but she broke a prong im assuming to open it up and adjust my stone and acted like nothing. I didn't appreciate her dishonesty at all will never go back! Maybe if she would have offered to fix it I would have been ok with that but she acted like nothing happened when clearly she damaged my ring! In the picture its the bottom left prong as you can see.
