PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW PRIOR TO PATRONIZING THIS BUSINESS:
Typically, I hardly ever partake in taking the time or opportunity to write a review, but after experiencing the worse act of customer service I can remember, to date, I decided to ensure that my experience of Diva's Den Fashion in Dallas, TX was shared with other possible patrons immediately! On August 6, 2024, I decided to take my mother, whom resides in Mississippi, to a allegedly well-established and highly regarded formal apparel and accessories shop/boutique in Dallas. On our journey, we drove a total of approximately 6.5 hours from Mississippi to Dallas to take advantage of the opportunity of trying on and ultimately purchasing various elegant Mother's Board attire and hats. My elderly mother of 75 years of age is extremely dear to me and any chance to spend quality time with her while enjoying one of her favorite hobbies is priceless to me. Unfortunately, this effort was completely ruined yesterday. As we were approaching Diva's Den Fashion, we made several call attempts to the number listed on the website to alert staff of our arrival but to no avail. We finally arrived to the location with about 15 minutes remaining from the posted 7p.m. closing time that was also listed on the website. As we approached the building, which was oddly placed in the back of its neighbor businesses in an alley, I decided to attempt one more courtesy calls before entering. As we approached the door that clearly had "open" signage posted, I discovered that it was locked. As my final call was answered by Theresa, or a similar name of some sort, I eagerly greeted her and explained that we were outside the door and were trying to come in. Again, keep in mind that we had made it in enough time to browse and planned to purchase some items before closing and had made several calls in advance of arriving. To our extreme frustration and dismay, we were told by Theresa that "they were open but not going to be able to let me in because I am here by herself and I'm not going to let you in." These were the vile verbatim words she had the audacity to utter to unknown potential patrons. I was not only totally flabbergasted and disgusted by her keen dismissive rude tone but moreso by her overall lack of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen displayed. Her response was highly inappropriate and was not remotely followed by an apology for any possible inconvenience that was caused due what was assumed as a lack of staffing. If that was indeed the case and eloquently explained, posted on the website, or on the phone message, that would have been absolutely understandable and resulted in ample grace, given the situation. Inevitably, my mother nor I have no further interest in returning to this establishment and would not encourage any of our relatives or community members to patronize Diva's Den Fashion for the foreseeable future, as it may be a waste of time. We hope that this review is actually taken serious by establishment's respective owners/stakeholders and the appropropriate coaching opportunities...
Read moreI ordered a white suit for my godmother for a special service. First, every white suit I continue to find, they would say online they had it in stock but when I would go to ask about it, it wasn’t in stock. I went through at least a dozen of white dresses & suits trying to find one in stock. I had been speaking with someone through their chat services & I was told to go up a size on a particular suit because it runs small but when I did that, the suit was extremely too big. My godmother told me then one of the rhinestones were hanging off. Spoke with them telling them it was too big & needed to exchange it. I got the run around about that as well & had to look for another white suit they could exchange it for but I had to pay for the shipping & additional cost for exchanging. When I sent it back to them, now they are saying one of the rhinestones were hanging off & a stain was on the collar part of it. When I shipped it, one issue there was was the rhinestone hanging off. There was no stains at all. They received it & now telling me they can’t sell it because it’s damaged with 2 stains & the rhinestone was hanging off. I asked them to ship it back to me & I’ll find out what I need to do with it & now I’m being told I have to provide shipping labels & pay to have it shipped back to me. That’s ridiculous!!!!!! Now I’m stuck with a suit that doesn’t fit & have to pay more money to get it altered especially when I found that same exact suit in D&K store in Georgia for half the cost. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!!! Business has been nothing but terrible! Most of their suits you can find in a store for...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would! This company is nowhere near Christian based. If it were they would not lie to people like they do. I ordered a dress for a church installation program, emailed to confirm dress was in stock and when I would receive it. They stated it was in stock and I since I ordered it on the 9th of March, I should receive it the following week 16th of March. After numerous emails, calls, and text, I still have not received a return call, text, nor email. It's obvious it won't come in on time, but don't avoid me. You are spending good money for these items, the least you can do is email or call me back. They claim to have a chat (that doesn't work), and a voicemail box that is full. I pray I receive the item or at the very least my money back. I will blast it to the rooftop, THIS IS THE WORST COMPANYI HAVE EVER DID BUSINESS WITH!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE...
