Flowers 2 U — Local services in Dallas

I would advise against going here. We went to order a cross for my mom's funeral. We showed them this picture on the web. We asked for pink carnations instead of white, and white roses instead of pink. We watched them write everything down. We were charged extra for the swap but we could understand.

They only take cash/Zelle and they refused to give us an invoice. They told us to take a screenshot of the Zelle. Fine.

We saw the piece of paper where they wrote our order and it said what we ordered. Instead, we get to the funeral and see this.

We didnt even ask for a white cross and this showed up...and not in the best shape. Then, the pink cross we ordered looked like this and not like the pic at all.

The quality was so bad that the funeral home OFFERED TO HELP improve it.

When we alerted the store, they said we told them incorrectly. I asked them to show the piece of paper and "all of a sudden" they can't find it. They did not offer any type of discount or refund. Only $50 when they said they would refund half.

My dad was pretty upset to see it because that was literally the ONLY thing he requested was this cross so it was special.

I would not recommend. We also plan to report them for poor business practices. It was such a shame because we intentionally went with them b/c we try to support small businesses all the time. This is one of the rare instances where the service/product did not match what they...

I was in a crunch. I kept procrastinating until the day before Mother's Day. I called tons of flower shops around the DFW area and not a single one had any sunflowers available. Luckily, I happened to come across Flowers 2 U. The girl I spoke to over the phone had great communication and said they were getting some more sunflowers in stock that same day. She helped me get exactly what I needed and even customized it for me. Shortly after, she let me know the flowers were ready to be picked up. This was my first time buying from an actual florist and I was very satisfied with how they turned out. They look great. I would definitely recommend this family owned business to anyone and gladly look forward to working...

I had an excellent experience with Flowers 2 U. I ordered the "purple mixed garden" for a family funeral. I am always nervous ordering flowers from a florist that I'm not familiar with and worry that the actual flowers will not look like what is advertised. As you can see the arrangement we received was definitely equivalent to what is advertised and turned out beautiful! They arrived on time at the funeral. I did find it a little challenging getting someone on the phone after I placed the order online, but it was just after the holidays and I'm sure they were backlogged.
