Mariscos 2000 — Restaurant in Dallas

Well, I just give one star because the waitres was smiling all the time and the chips and salsa were awesome, salsa very spicy hot, love it! Cold beer awesome, love it. Mann, because it's a "Mariscos 2000" seafood, I I put my money on fresh seafood, naaaah! I ordered a 1/2 a dozen of "fresh" shuck oysters, well there were only 2 tables and those tables eat already, the other waitress took one order out of the kitchen and took around 20 min to get my oysters and a octopus tostada that I asked to bring afyer the oysters, well I got the oysters and they still FROZEN🤯 they were big, don't take me wrong, which is unusual for this time of the year, any how... they were no fresh, I paid for my beers and go to eat flautas, well, people go to Mariscos 2000 for a beer and chips and salsa,...

Great fish soup! Full of lobster, shrimp, octopus, and beautiful white fish. The broth was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. On the side of this dish was a wonderful toasted, buttered slice of bread. Great for dipping into the soup 🍲! In fact, the entire meal was awesome. Good selection of beers, as well as cocktails. It is in a shopping center location but easy in and out of parking lot off of Northwest Highway. They had live music for most of our meal. Service was excellent. We will return soon. 😊

One nice item was the credit card machine brought to your table! Your card doesn’t leave your sight! 👀 Wish all restaurants would use this method of paying...

Well this is what happens when someone else picks the place we are going to dine!! This was the worst mistake tonight. The seafood platter had mozzarella sticks, onion rings, tons of cold fries and an old salad!! I ordered the garlic shrimp over rice with fries and the old salad!! Don’t waste your money at this place, don’t make the mistake we made thinking this was authentic fresh seafood!! Oh I forgot, when I went to the ladies restroom, I almost slipped on someone’s vomit all over the floor!!! This was the one of the worst...
