My sister and I were very excited when we stumbled upon this vintage shop. We literally spent almost an hour walking around looking at all the cool things they had to offer. We decided to purchase a few clothing items, some of which were picked up from an area that stated were 50% off. We were closed out by a woman named Stacy who was extremely rude the entire time. Their process for checking out is different. Since there are various dealers in the store, a receipt is written out for each item being purchased from a different dealer. They also cut the tag and tape it to the receipt for their records. This is a tedious and confusing process if you're purchasing a bunch of stuff so we began to ask questions. My sister inquired about some of the items being 50% off and we were told by an older lady who was assisting Stacy (who completely ignored us btw) that often times clothing end up in different areas but it is discounted by the dealer number. We were fine with that. It happens, However, my sister then decided there were some items she no longer wanted since they were not half off. After everything was paid for, Stacy flops the folded clothing on the counter, shoves them towards us and says " .. and we don't have bags". My sister responded "really?" in a surprised tone and immediately Stacy turns to a man (not sure if he was the manager) and says "These people are complaining that we don't have bags. Do you want to handle them?" in the NASTIEST tone ever. Now I don't even want to get into the "these people" comment however, I couldn't believe the way in which we were being treated. I asked her why she was being so rude and she responded "I didn't have to help you". Really? You are working the register in a store that deals with customers. It is called customer service! My sister then stated "I just spent a lot of money in here there really is not need for the mistreatment" and Stacy replies " Please leave". $200 spent and we were being kicked out and treated like we were beneath her. I then said we would like to get our money back she she laughed and said '"too bad. No returns". I will NEVER, EVER, EVER go back to this place again! I suggest you...

Read moreI had a recent visit and found beautiful pieces to add to my vintage collection. The owner and volunteered staff, (Dave + Shane, whom are booth owners also), were kind and helpful, but there was one particular young Lady that made my experience uncomfortable. Not soon after entering the store, I was “checked on” multiple times. One or two times is reasonable, but four or more, I’d say is excessive! I am many things, but a thief is not one! For that I am rating my overall experience a 3-5. For context, my purse was only large enough to hold my cellular device and my cards. My leggings and t-shirt obviously did not have any pockets, so why the excessive check-in’s? That still remains a mystery to me. Once she left for the day, I was able to continue my shopping uninterrupted and with ease. I look forward to visiting again, but now with a realistic level...
