Family Pancake House — Restaurant in Dallas

I went to this restaurant to have breakfast.. immediately a woman there was calling my "baby" which I didn't find professional at all.. 2nd I sat down.. and was ignored for approximately 10 minutes.. Finally a woman cam to my table to serve me and couldn't speak English very well.. she says "want drink" I replied, "what ?" she then said the same thing.. I replied coffee please," before I could ask for anything else she took off stomping... then She took care of a table and made several trips back and forth before getting back to me with me coffee.. so I waited.. her name was Alma LA Jefa.. who claimed to be the the GM of the restaurant.. I waited and finally after about 7 minutes she returned with my coffee. She tried to rush me through and asked if I was ready to order, I asked for a glass of water.. at this point there was only 3-4 tables in the little tiny restaurant. She took a while to get my water as well. So she took my order at the same time dropping off my water.. she was in a hurry and could barely STOP to pay attention. I was trying to be patient.. however she did get my food to me fairly quick. After delivering my food, she did NOT make it back to my table at all to ask me if I would like anything else the rest of my visit. She did visit the table directly across from me about 4 times without stopping once.. Then after I was just about done eating she approached my table to pour some water..and still didn't acknowledge me WHILE she was actually at my table.. then I had to interrupt her busyness to ask for my bill. and she did get it promptly.. SO I went to pay my bill and explained to her that I wasn't happy with the service? her response was "its ok"??? I replied "what? how is it ok?" she said,"its ok you not happy with service.. ? I asked how come you never came back to my table? INSTEAD of apologizing, she gave a petty excuse and said "some ones out sick and I'm too busy.. " I said then you shouldn't have taken my table and let the other waitress take it.. she tried to speak over me SO the other people in the restaurant wouldn't hear my complaint. She wanted to argue!!! I said this is America you don't treat people like that.. she started talking trash.. to me.. no apology whatsoever.. she barely could speak English and disrespected me as much as ive ever been treated unfairly... Just unbelievable!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE! SUCKS she should be FIRED and not be able to work in the same community with such a poor attitude! selfish...

If I could rate this place a Zero I would. This was the most horrendous disgusting the walls to the silverware were filled with dirt. The water cup had something stuck in it and that’s just the start. Milkshake was more like chocolate milk and we let that go. Only one associate waiting on tables (no one was really there so I see why)and we will get to the part of the waiter later. We get half of our order and each one had fries however it looked like the quantity of fries was for one person. The cheese burger meal had 9 fries on the plate. Then the grilled cheese didn’t even have melted cheese and had burnt bread. Went to give my grievance about the meal and I was met with arguments and a disgruntled cook that was mad I had items that needed to be adjusted. The waiter then stated he can’t listen to what I’m stating because he can’t come between me and the cook. I cancelled the rest of my order ready to pay and the waiter then went on to state I pretty much wasted their time and that he was told to watch out for my table!! Whhhaatt I was done from there asked for his name which he lied about stating it was Eric but the receipt stated eman then for the horrible quality I received I still paid 67 dollars. I will never eat here again and glad I don’t live in an area that doesn’t value quality. If this is what local Texas is giving for breakfast they can keep it. Oh and the bathrooms are disgusting I should have known to not sit another minute in this establishment when I see...

When walking into this restaurant at first it was just me and my friend waiting on two more guests and a 3 year old. I said “a table for 5” They grabbed 5 adult menus and took us to a big table, the table wasn’t the problem it was the menus, I needed a kids menu for the kid. So I said “I’m sorry it’s 4 and like a three year old” the man says oh okay I can sit you guys at a booth cause this one is automatic grated. It didn’t matter I just wanted a kids menu, I tip more than 20% wherever I go but I don’t need a huge table and it’s more than just me. They sit me and my friend at a booth, the waitresses are talking to another table and ignoring my friend and I for at least 10 mins. The waitress comes over she’s apparently the “assistant manager” and asks have we been helped and take my friend and mine drink order. When our drinks came our other guests were there, she took their drink orders and asked if we wanted to move to the big table, I said no. She walked off and I explained to them that if we move they will grat us. We weren’t squished…she’s 3. When she came back she said the table was going to be grat regardless because it was 5 of us. On their menu it says parties of MORE than 5 will be gratted. She then says verbatim “yes 5 or more”. At this point the whole table is irritable, because you’ve ignored us because I didn’t want to sit at a table I didn’t need nor wanted to pay for, I asked for the manager and she said she was the assistant.
