As soon as we arrived we were greeted and the manager by the name of Staffon went to the back to retrieve them. We were able to choose which (UNTOUCHED) boxed we wanted! We were so relieved and excited to find that the boxes we had chosen were indeed the characters we needed! The customer service was excellent!
