Warning Came into the store in June spoke with the store manager Roberto. We discussed buying the Apple Watch Ultra, I asked if it would be better to buy the watch outright or payment plans. He said that since I already had a line with AT&T that I could just tack on monthly payments to the bill for $22 more per month. Turns out he signed me up for a phone line with the watch and only noticed when my bill was $200 for the month of July. Activation fee plus all the other small fees came out to an extra $80 on my bill. Customer service was able to help me, but DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION.

Showed up the store and continued to do the upgrade until I notice a iPhone was a I little different in size I looked on the back of the box and turns out that they where trying to sell me a iPhone 15 pro max, I trusted them and didn’t look before opening the box at the point I found out that one phone wasn’t the new 16 pro max they had already switch my line and I had already transfer all my info to the new phone inside the store .
