Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Dallas

I would rather go next-door and sit in a long line at the McDonald’s then to deal with an early morning attitude from somebody in the drive-through whoever the young lady was on March 23 about 6:30 AM in the morning it was rude and disrespectful would not even let me finish what I need to say before she kept saying what you won’t now and it’s too early in the morning for you to have an attitude we all are trying to get to work. And I was going to forgo McDonald’s today and try something new you help me change that real fast with your bad attitude and disrespectful Self. It was a great experience with the exception of how congested the parking lot is. I ordered through my app to save time only to find myself waiting in a line of cars on the service road just to get in the parking lot. They share a parking lot wit McDonald's and use the same entrance into the parking lot which is very small entrance. McDonald's drive through exit put the cars right out at the entrance to get in the parking lot so good luck if there are cars waiting to leave out because coming in you have to left turn into parking lot which means you have to sit and wait or cut someone off just to get to Jack in the box they are right off the highway so traffic is heavy anyways so usually there is a line of cars waiting to leave McDonald's making it hard to get to Jack in the box. Seriously, was anyone thinking that this was not going to be a problem? Jack in the box get your own entrance separate from McDonald's. I say in the line for almost 25min. I would have given this Jack in the Box this particular Jack-in-the-Box zero Stars. I went there this morning with a friend and one of the things I ordered was a curly fries and they were hard and cold and old so I asked them to replace them explain that they were cold and in hard and dry and I think what they did was they just microwaved it or something because they were just as bad as the first order of curly fries but little warmer so 0 stars for you Jack in the Box customer service at that usually when I go to this particular Jack in the Box they don't understand because they don't speak very good English it's just a fact. So what I'll do is I'll go to the Jack in the Box on Gaston instead from now on this particular Jack in the Box no longer gets my business and I'll encourage my friends to not do their business there either I just as poor business practice to to do what they did.
