Read moreI received a cut here months ago and was pleased with the result. I came back today and sat down to wait. I was then asked by the instructor (middle woman in the photo) if she could help me. I said yes and told her I needed a haircut. She then informed me they were closed, even though the sign says 6pm. There were other gentlemen waiting and they were clearly short staffed. The solution would have been though to either change the sign from "open" to "closed" or to inform me upon walking in before I sat down that I could not receive services today.
