Do not shop here??? I repeat do not shop here?? I only gave 1 star to post my comment?? I bought the New D’Lux Walker with Air-Cooled Memory Foam for women. I tried one shoe on in the store and they fitted just great. So I decided to get them. I’m glad I looked at both shoes before purchasing them because there were two different sizes in the box. I found the right size in another shoe box . Although that should have been my sign not to purchase them at that time. I got the shoes home and put them on and one shoe you couldn’t fill the cushion. I decided to take them back to the store for a return. I noticed I didn’t have my receipt at the time but I knew they had my debit card on file with the purchase. The sale associate told me I couldn’t return them without my receipt. I would have to talk to the manager. I left my information regarding my return. The manager never called or emailed me back. I went to the store today to talk to the manager. He was so rude towards me. I showed him my account where the purchase was deducted from. He stated no receipt no return. The store manager acted so high and mighty. The store manager accuse me of stealing the shoes off someone’s doorstep and tried to return the shoes without a receipt and then he stated if he was to call the security I would probably leave.I showed the store manager that I received emails and text messages daily from sketcher and the only reason I did not use my rewards is because when I tried to purchase the shoes the shoes were not on the 25% discount so the associate told me not to use my rewards because I would not get points. I asked the store manager who else could I talk to he said that he is the GM and he has been a GM for the last eight years and his name is Q and he circled customer service number on the back of a receipt and he made a smirk and said oh I forgot you don’t have your receipt so here’s customer service number for you to call them but everyone knows who I am. I will never shop at Skechers again for the bad customer service that I had face-to-face and I was accused of being a thief and I showed him where my purchase was deducted out of my account plus the store number 88 in North Dallas. Just sad and bad business. I will give these $ 75.00 shoes to a homeless woman and get my blessing back 10* he’s rudeness.....
Read moreI literally just left out of this store/location 9100 N Central Expy #123 and I am sitting in my car as I type this. I need a very good pair of tennis. I started a part time and I stand and I am on much feet 100℅ of the time. So everyone I've talked to said get you a pair of Skechers. I said well I literally work 2 mins from their location. I'll go after work. So here I am at 4:55pm today. Walking around...im still semi at the front of the store and 2 saw two workers and neither one of them spoke nor did they offer help. I am not exaggerating when I see this...there were literally 6 people in the store 4 employees, a man and myself. So, what does that mean the store was NOT BUSY WITH CUSTOMERS. One of the workers was as close to me enough to say, "hi, is there anything I can help you with?" Unfortunately she didn't and neither did anyone else. It seemed that they were so busy doing mark downs or putting put inventory. So I walked around a little more until one of the 4 employees saw me and smiled but unfortunately😒 that was it. No, hi; is there anything I can help you with. So after that decided to walk out the store and google another location. Hopefully, I'll have better...

You're telling me every employee who comes to work magically does not have to relieve themselves. No you're not. You are telling me two things, however, one you are not bright enough to realize how ridiculous that answer sounds, and two, that this establishment doesn't care about catering to their patrons. The traditional goal of a retail store is to get the customers to stay and shop as long as possible therefore turning over a greater profit. Clearly this strategy is not implemented here.
