We were at this gym for 5 years; 4 of which were on a team. This gym started out amazing for the first two years. It was small, well-run, and the coaches were amazing! The coaches are still amazing. The way it is run now with the upper management is horrible!!!! They are all about chasing the dollar. The last two years we (and many many others) have been put on throw away teams. Basically, if you want to get on a good team you have to “pay to play”. Yes, on top of being the most expensive gym in the area, they want you to “sponsor” to get your child on a good team and to get extra attention. When you wish to discuss your team placement to find out what your child needs to do get on a better team, they ignore you. No call, no text, nothing. They simply remove you from the roster.
